With a working career spanning almost 30 years, Nicola leads the support services side of Acumen Employee Benefits.

Joining the team in September 2019, Nicola is based in Aberdeen and looks after all administrative aspects of Acumen Employee Benefits. Her role in Client Support is to ensure the most effective delivery of services.

Outside of Acumen, Nicola enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and walking.

What do you like most about working at Acumen Financial Planning?

“I enjoy delivering the best support I can to our clients. I enjoy the working relationships I have built over the years and look forward to developing these further. Every day is different and doing the best I can is very important on all levels.”

What has been your proudest career achievement to date?

“The feedback I received from some of the clients when I was leaving my last position. It’s easy to forget how much our day to day work can make a difference.”

“I go to the gym six days a week.”
