Based in our Aberdeen office, Janine joined Acumen Financial Planning as a Paraplanner in 2018.

Moving up from England, Janine brings a wealth of financial services experience after working in HSBC, RBS & Aviva. Moving up to Aberdeen with her family, Janine worked for a wealth management company before joining our paraplanning team.

Janine holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning after successfully completing the following units:

• R01 – Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics
• R02 – Investment Principles and Risk
• R03 – Personal Taxation
• R04 – Pensions and Retirement Planning
• R05 – Financial Protection
• R06 – Financial Planning Practice

“It’s hard to pick one, but what stands out to me are the times where I have worked on special projects.”

Tell us one thing that people would be surprised to find out about you.

“As a child, I had and used to play the piano, and I have played solos and duets. I wouldn’t be able to read a sheet of music right now if I tried.”

“Not all money is good money.”
