Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to Paraplanners and Financial Planners as required.
Main Duties
- Supporting Paraplanners/Planners: collating information to support financial planning processes using various software systems e.g.: CURO, SharePoint
- Filing: Virtual Cabinet (electronic)
- Analysis: comparing products and providers with Financial Express Analytics & Selectapension.
- Quotes & Paperwork Preparation: For various products e.g.: pension, ISA, Bond
- Suitability Letters: Preparation of letters for new business including pension contributions and increments, pension transfer/switches, ISA contributions and increments, offshore/onshore bonds, GIA, annuities, protection and investment recommendations.
- New Business Processing: Setting up products/investments with various providers both paper based and electronically, follow up through to completion.
- Collating Reports: prints/scan/bind/files all reports
- Occasional reception cover and answering overflow calls
