Job Purpose

As part of our Business Support team you will provide essential support to ensure our business runs smoothly.

Your role will be pivotal in enabling efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.

Main Duties

  • Operational Support: Helping to streamline daily business operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.
  • System: Providing daily support in data management within our database CURO. Inputting missing data, rectifying discrepancies and assisting with improving efficiencies.Assisting the wider team with the adoption of our new portal MoneyInfo. This will include assisting with training and answering any queries.
  • Documentation Management: Assist with the maintenance of templates using Smart Flows, Word and DocuSign maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Report Generation: Producing reports on CURO as and when requested.
  • Project Assistance: Providing support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of the projects and helping the wider team with training and support.

  • To satisfactorily complete all duties to a high standard in a timely manner
  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with colleagues to ensure an effective and positive working environment

Essential:

    • Great attention to detail
    • Strong organisational and planning skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Desirable:

      • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
      • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
